helpful staff water station hotel breakfast
The staff were helpful and friendly. The room had a water refill station that is a great amenity. I enjoyed the hotel breakfast, and they had a number of choices available.
The room I stayed in needs a small refrigerator. I needed to store some food.

The location made it easy to reach many attractions on foot. Bus stations were very close by and very convenient. L-line train stations are near the hotel, I hopped around everywhere.

The front desk staff was cute. I appreciated the water station. The room was clean. Proximity to many attractions enhanced my visit. Parking was close and discounted. I was grateful for these conveniences.
The elevators experienced occasional delays, that's all.

great location nearby attraction nespresso machine small room limited counter space irregular service
the location was great. i easily walked to nearby attractions and restaurants. the room included a nespresso machine which i definitely appreciated. filtered water was available on every floor, and it was nice to refill my water bottle.
my room was quite small and felt a little dated. the bathroom lacked counter space. i had to request housekeeping service, the room wasn't cleaned daily.

outdated furniture inconvenient ice machine
the location was acceptable for accessing downtown attractions
the room i got felt outdated and tired the furniture looked worn there was a lingering musty smell in the room it was a small thing but the ice machine was only on one floor which was inconvenient

the room was clean upon arrival. the nespresso machine was a lovely addition to the room. the location provided quick access to cta stations for easy exploration around the city.
i found the lack of on-site parking inconvenient for travel plans involving a vehicle.

The breakfast was excellent. The restaurant offered a menu with numerous choices. Adrian was helpful. The bed and pillows felt new! I especially liked the extra mile they went with service.
